Carrie & TOM Andrews
Carrie & Tom Andrews run Wholly Cow - a closed loop, regenerative system consisting of a farm, micro abattoir, butchery, skin care, compost, and worms.
They produce beef & lamb reared/finished on their 186 hectare, park-like farm on the outskirts of Cambridge, and processed in their on-farm micro-abattoir.
Their meat is solely for retail sale in their local community via their whole animal butchery in town.
By deliberately keeping their business small and local, they're minimising their environmental impact through responsible land management, reducing transportation and increasing sustainability whilst gaining a deep connection with their community who they gratefully serve.
They are deeply passionate about providing quality meat at a fair price so everyone can enjoy good food, and committed to preserving traditional whole animal skills/craft of butchery - and teaching the next generation this knowledge.
