All produce featured carries the Land to Market seal, this confirms it is derived from farmers verified as regenerating their land through Ecological Outcome Verification. Regen to Market brings a global partnership with Land to Market and the Savory Institute to our shores so conscious consumers can purchase regenerative produce with confidence their purchase is supporting health.

wHENUA hAUMANU

Whenua Haumanu is a partnership between Massey University and the Ministry for Primary Industries through the Sustainable Food and Fibre Futures fund. It's the most comprehensive programme on regenerative agriculture in New Zealand.

The Nem & Tode

The Nem & Tode is our festival bar run out of an old Bedford Truck. Pick up a pint, or a pie, a filter coffee, a fizzy drink, or a Greystone wine. It’s also where you can sample our exclusive festival hazy.


Please note: The Nem & Tode will be open during the day but alcohol will only be served from 4-9pm Wednesday and 12-2.30pm on Thursday, as per our special license.

FOOD BY FIRE ASADO BBQ

An unforgettable outdoor dining experience, using only the best quality meats and locally sourced ingredients. A true celebration and taste of North Canterbury led by executive chef, Josh Hunter (Ngati Tuwharetoa). These local legends will be preparing our Regen To Market Closing Feast.
