Nicole Masters
Nicole Masters is an esteemed agroecologist, educator, systems thinker, and author. Since 1999, she has accumulated extensive practical experience in regenerative soil and land practices, alongside coaching and training the trainers. Since 2003, Nicole has been a prominent communicator of novel methods and systems thinking throughout Australasia, the UK, and North America.
Nicole is deeply committed to creating win-win solutions that benefit both landscapes and land managers. Together with her team, she collaborates with food producers and supporting organizations, impacting over 29 million acres. She excels in identifying and solving challenges through proactive management and deep ecological systems thinking.
Her work spans diverse production sectors, including dairy, sheep and beef, viticulture, compost, nurseries, market gardens, racing studs, lifestyle blocks, and large-scale cropping. This diverse clientele has endowed her with a broad understanding of the unique challenges facing different production systems. Nicole has developed and delivered educational programs for a wide range of organizations, including consultants, businesses, landcare groups, and extension services.
