Conan is a former farmer, environmental engineer and now the director/ founder of Force of Nature Consulting, an independent farm consultancy and coaching business. Conan’s mission is to create unstoppable forces of nature by empowering farmers through recognising their unique potential and working in a partnership that emphasizes growth, self-reliance, and continuous learning to create long-term success.

He is passionate about creating the connection and self-awareness between the potential within ourselves as farmers which ultimately leads to the recognition of the potential in our landscapes. This then spirals outwards to the realisation of the potential for our businesses, our communities and the wider landscape.
